That's your problem too, subs aren't made to suit your players times but ours. I've spoken with said player and his last comment were, still plenty of time, we'll sort it - something along those lines. So he's being constructive. Also told him if king8ball1 is online then he can sub back in too, just to get match played.

It's our problem too? So next time I make a sub, I should sub someone in who I KNOW can't make the same times as your player and try and force you to make a sub? It's only a problem because you've made it a problem! You have tonnes of players that play after 10pm! Being constructive is making subs/swaps to try and get the games completed, rather than try to hinder them!

Regarding his comments, could you acknowledge this is ok and put scooby v king8ball1/shadwell17 in your fixtures?

I made the sub after asking shadwell if we're okay.to play it, he replied, no problem. Sorry I didn't ask your player at the same time. Since making the sub I've heard from scooby and he's stated those hours will not be suitable. We have discussed it and that's where the option for king8ball1 to sub back in came from.

So Stu insteadnof trying to find possible conflict and tell me what I should and shouldn't do, take a chill pill and relax. I'm trying to be helpful too.

It isn't as if I am only online for a few moments then disappear for a few days. I am online nearly every day and I give a 10 hour window that covers morning, afternoon and evening.
I used to prefer to play in the evenings and night but I just can't do it anymore as my eyes kill towards the end of the day. Since I had that tia roughly 5 weeks ago I find it hard to give a definite 100% yes to playing as my eyes play up all the time lately. In saying that I am still a very reliable player and I haven't had a default caused by me yet.

surely a swap is all that is needed here ? if scooby cant play until after ten and shadwell cant play before ten .. its nobodies problem as such you obviously both want your best players in to play games .. so surely just swap around so fixtures can get played .

Not really true Matty tbh, I don't care if scooby, slimeball or sharky89 plays in that fixture. Whatever is the most likely outcome to the game actually getting played. I think the primary reason to make a sub is for the game to get played though, and my initial concern was that this sub made it impossible for the game to be played. Luckily, the situation seems to be resolved now.

Subs are fine, swaps are really last resort, plus mine all get reversed so not really content to make them just yet. However, 2nd week if needed then all avenues/options will be implemented.
