I played to win, he played not to lose
2nd to last frame it took him 3 carries to feel he was in a position to pot his 6 balls when I only had one left
I went to win when I got an opportunity and half the time it paid off, the others I was just short of perfect position with 1 ball or just black left and cost me
obviously when your opponent just goes for snookers at that point until they have all balls over pockets I was unlikely to win those
on another day I'd have finished off all the chances and won 5-0. risky strategy not potting any balls and letting your opponent get in first
exceptional tap breaking on show as well

Will happily take the point mate, he's a very good player, shame has to revert to tip tappy tactics but take it as a compliment mate. On a normal match scenario and if they played the game as it's meant to be then you would have had him for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Credit to you for sticking with it and getting a draw out of it, well played.

derik is a much better player than joeyy so a draw there for joeyy is a good result, playing defensive is sometimes harder than playing attacking ... onua << most defensive player on the game ever yet has some of the highest rankings also..... just how is the game supposed to be played everyone has a different way of playing it ... and if you know he is going to tap you .. why go for the clear.

I said he's a very good player - just shame have to resort to tactics (defensive) but each to their own. Match is played 4-4 fair result under the circumstances.

ok lets not kick off. you chose your tactics but if you're going to let your opponent take first shot at clearing you gotta accept whatever result comes your way cos you're relying on a mistake.
didn't pay off for you this time, but didn't work for me either.
I wasn't complaining about the tactics just interesting how you chose to play.
as for him being better than me matty....we'll see what golden cue says at end of the season, but I'm pretty sure I'll come out on top out of the two of us

Bit silly to compare anyones results via percentages, last season werent my best by a long way, but on other hand, i dont play vs ballbrakers, underdogs and other clans at the bottom as much as others do, ive always stated to faust and eri that id rather play agaunst top notch players, and proved with results that im capable of doing so.

if anyway you think your a better player, ive told u , ill play whatever u like against you

So on what basis does your statement of "derik is a much better player than you so a draw for joeyy is a good result" have any validity? Purely subjective. But yeah, if you like a pokey, tappy balless tactics then yes, derik may be your "man" - irony used there.

And yeah every dog does have its day, but if your aiming that at me, I was consistently having my "dog days". As in consistently (therefore not dog days).

Love to see who gave you the right to put people down people such as me and joeyy. Your opinion is worth no more than any other persons so i suggest next time you disagree, try biting that tongue of yours. Or are you too immature to control that? By what I have seen of you on the forums......we both know the answer to that one. You could start an argument with a wall.
