Very gutted with how it ended because in truth, there was little if anything to separate us. The US games were very high quality, but in UK neither of us managed to properly get going. The final three frames just didn't end up falling kindly for me. 1st we were both missing our clearances but just staying safe, he ended up snookering himself on the black with the table finally set up to a tap in finish and he pulls off a 3 cushion shot right around the table to pocket the black (which he apologized for). Then I fouled on a clearance, when I managed to open the table up with an unlikely cannon only for one of his to drop. Then a runout opportunity I fouled on trying to get free one of my trapped balls. Apart from those three frames, it was tough to pick a winner and it looked like an 8-7 game right from the off. Great player though.

The 'match referee' for this one is me so I will be seeking a single point of contact from each clan shortly before 9pm in order to establish the participants.

That will be me unless I tell you different chris! Iit's a maximum of 5 each right? What if we have five and one of the other teams have less online?

UL uprising in the FCL game never expected that score even without pete i thought it would of been closer ... See you in phase 2 i guess where im sure you will have bounced back strong.

Again, my opponent hit a run-out early on and then cleared off my break the next putting me 3 nil down. After that I didn't really do much wrong. 9 Ball is always a lottery with the split of the balls, should have taken the first but mucked up. Lost the UK frame from chasing a run-out, decided to leave it there as I needed 2 to draw.

If my opponents would stop running-out first or second frame then clearing off my break would be great

dont think his head was in it as he had to be up at 5am
he gave me a frame potting the black prematurely,and i returned the favour by sinking 1 of his off a thin plant.other than that pretty straight forward wins
