To be honest i don't care who the owner was but on Snooks we have a rule where a previous clan name cannot be used unless either the owner, captain or majority of those members agree.

For instance if you wanted to revive a clan you would need to ask...

MVP - Horse or Ab
Snooker Squad - Me or Seb
Wipeout - Joker

i think Pool should bring this in too then it stops most arguing over the previous clan experience

Well as i said Alan when i played for Pool Sharks it was posted started by rustybmf,and he no longer plays on F/P to my knowledge.
But id worse comes to worse ill bring back Fighting Eagles if i have to.

Just call you self poolsharks2 that stop all arguments lil

but again turned down for reasons unknown to me.
When i had Eagles Thread capped i could care less who re-started it.
But if worse comes to worse ill bring them back.Just hope all players understand why

Your argument to use the Pool Sharks name could be that cke started Pool Sharks but left it to rustybmf, cke joined another clan, he didnt fold them, they kept going, so by leaving to join the other clan gave up any rights to the Pool Sharks name to rustybmf.
Have a word with chris and see what he says.
