Pool, stole from Snooker, had to happen some day

not sure how it originated but some clans like to start earlier or later, personally i prefer 8 but thats my own preference and not a site preference.

On Snooks if all clans agree it can be earlier or later than default time, Pool is strict though.

Also curious that a clan has had the default time in both killer games. Personally hope theres no Snooker defaults as the two will otherwise clash

I agree a lot of my players can play from 7:30 including joeyy (in charge of the killer) but unavailable at 9pm. It seems a little unfair tbh. I think 8pm (latest) would be a lot better as the matches themselves have been known to go on for quite a while.

Indeed they do we dont usually start till 9.30 and then its probably around 90 mins of play which equates to a late night! so maybe we should have a vote or something as its not just me that thinks this evidently

We'd have no problem with an 8PM start. Not fussed either way tbh!

Clans had a 2 week window to agree a time amongst themselves if they cannot do it then a time has been set, some would prefer earlier, some later so a time has to be set.

The biggest issue is certain clans only want to play when player x or player y is available, other clans are happy for any player to play, so if all captains agreed a time and a date then asked on thread for players to play, I would bet all clans would get 3 players on at that time but some would be unhappy as they did not get player x or player y to play, which brings us back to the same point of trusting any of your players rather than having favourites which some clans don't want to do as they only want their best to play which is fair enough but not sure how other players in a clan should feel about being second choice and ok to play when others aren't around.

Clan killer is no different from any other clan game, if you have decent communication the game could be played tomorrow night at any time but the above scenarios will stop that happening.

Can you bring the default time forward 1 hour please? (That's all I'm requesting)

Out of fairness, we'll probably select at least 2 different players depending on availability. Also in our game, every captain agreed on the very first proposed time - so I don't see any issues when it comes to it. I'll agree to an 8pm start as long as it's a day I can be online to watch! :)

No the default time was set at the start, if you want an earlier start you should have tried agreeing with the other clans a date and time before deadline day to play.

In your game the killer time was agreed by captains then you went and found out who could play, you knew you would get 3 but not guaranteed your 3 best but you trusted whoever played that is the big difference.

The default window is always 9pm.
Only BS bothered to contact me about times (I cant contact myself ) pds and ubs didnt bother, so for Ash to now mention about times is odd.

Oh sorry zac I've been a little preoccupied with hospital etc but now things are looking better I have time to think about this killer which correct me if I'm wrong is still more than 7 days away?

Yes as far as im concerned is next Sunday 19th.
As klien said weekend and weekend is good for us, and as the 2 other clans didnt contact, I just thought, do it on default, suits best times given.

The days fine, just wondering if bringing it forward 1 hour would be better for your team and others? The matches can go on a fair while etc.

IF not then it's fine, just thought I'd ask.

I agree it should stay at 9 pm, If you change it this once then it will have to be changed everytime. Should change next season.

As for Zac, I assumed Fran would do it however he has been rightfully offline and i couldn't see a reminder posted. No fault either side.

Even if i don't agree with the time i will try and be here for Killer but as previously mentioned if Snooker has defaults and no one their to oversee Killer on our side then i will need to oversee even at the expense of Unbeatables losing a player which is the tough part of having the exact default time. Next season i'm hoping one site at least changes the default time so i may not be unsure if i can play if its the default time.

But yeah even though 8 would be better the default must be set in stone which is 9 pm and shouldn't be changed unless ALL captains agree but goes back to Zacs point, if teams don't send in times it will go on the times actually stated or at least thats how i would do it so if 3 teams agree on a date then i would choose that date as its the preferred time

should stay at 9 no matter what mate, if they change now then they must change each fixture, even though i may not be able to play, its the right thing to do.

if players can't make it its not the runners problem
