Well those captains and a couple of other reliable folk, then all the teams would be split into pots, based on an overall ability or based on their strongest game type? I am not sure.

Then we would have to establish how to group folk, then divide them between all the clans.

Seems like an idea worth trying out.

woah .. my suggestion was we ask players who wants to play first before we even think about captains .. not all players will want to play in this sort of thing.
