I can't speak for the others but I abhor defaults and would not actively seek them out. I think I have only had one default and that was when I was in Elite Force. My opponent and the consequent sub made no effort to play the games despite my many mails.

Totally agree, i cant do magic tricks and make people appear, plus when I feel we are doing the right thing then will stand my/our ground. Others are a little more accommodating but if the consequences are to the detriment of the team I wont be.
