chris is straight down the line. He certainly doesn't favour anyone, and his defaults have been consistent throughout the years.

We ain't questioning chris at all, the opposition and their antics getting rewarded are the main qualm. Chris can only go by what information he has, most of our posts were replies as some people don't know what 'Saturday will be best' actually means. Plus get rewarded for having sufficient players on line on none other than Deadline Day, but still too difficult for them to send a message to us. Not sure why? The amount of messages we were sent the other 13 days, maybe they wore their keyboard out....arrrggghhh.

I'd rather not comment on specifics, as I don't know all the details, and it's not for me to make a judgement. All I know is that both teams have equal opportunity to send in relevant evidence, and chris will have looked at that and made a fair, unbiased decision.

If he is so consistent and fair, how did he give a draw in the killer game against monkeys. We had players on at various times plus on the last night while our players were waiting to play the match, monkeys were playing clan killer for fun and giggles.

His usual policy is to award both teams zero points tbf - that's gives a greater impetus for both teams to do anything to avoid the default. I used to take a dim view of that, but I can see the merits now. If the decision was going to cost you the league, or get you relegated - I think the decision MAY have been different. We've been on the end of a 0 - 0 default decision, and we thought our player was in the right, but the truth is if both teams had tried their hardest in the first week - the games would've been played.

On this very thread, monkeys said they will not play the game and to let it go to default. How can we play the games at any time if they point blank refuse to play?

Again, this is a specific I didn't want to discuss. I think their case was that you didn't show up to a few arranged times and they gave up? Anyone that know my relationship with Craig will know I wouldn't agree with any of his posts, but as an outsider it does seem like both sides put obstacles up at various points of the fixture.

We just made a SL swap because Craig turned down cgibson92 the last 2 times he asked to play. Now Craig will play slimeball, and we have a much bigger chance of losing that matchup (no offense slimey). However, if you're always the team that tries to accommodate swaps/subs - the default process should always view your future cases in a good light.

We had 1 arranged - unfortunately we didn't have sufficient players online - the other occasions are agreements they made between themselves. (Fabricated)

Do you honestly think we would even bother submitting any information if we felt we were in the wrong and failed to show for these 'alleged arrangements'.

We nearly got it played to tell you the truth, I had the go-ahead from someone in that team, but then 'GOD' denied us 3 times and we had no way of moving mountains to get it done and dusted.

We shouldn't have to argue about them refusing to play and then splitting the default.

3-3, 4-4, 5-5 fine but 3-6 in their favour absolutely disgusting. We under no circumstance deserve to draw this match.

I agree m8. I'd be happy if the points were split down the middle but to say they tried to get the game played more than us is idiotic. I honestly feel that if it was played we would have had all the points and that is why they refused to play.
