Chile vs Spain

I knew it was going to be hard scoring a goal against the current cup holders, but I went in on the back of tourney win (8uk), so the players were upbeat and raring to go.

Started off on the right foot, keeping the defence on the edge of the 18yd box, but eventually spain infiltrated and put a quick fire 2 goals past me, deserved but i thought my defence was up to it.
Next was a different challenge, trying to attack more, but this left massive space at the back, spain just knocked around the middle of the park and easily passed it through for their strikers to sweep 2 home.
And into the final half an hour, still hoping for a miracle, spain missed a sitter to leave me a chance, goes past one, goes past 2, and then somehow balloon it into the crossbar and score an own goal in my own net.
Into the last 10, and spain were cruising, but an uncharacteristic miss leaves chile with a chance, but the boys were tired and give away a silly penalty. Spain convert.

it was very very close down to last min and japan gave a penalty in last min for Radamel Falcao to slot it home very very close.

Algeria 1 v 5 South Korea

An unfortunate start with an own goal for Algeria and through out the game missing there chances. South Korea knocked in a great run out in 8buk and cleaned up any chances Algeria left.

France and Ecuador played out a thrilling 3 - 3 draw to complete group E, game had everything from fouls, to dodgy referee decisions, even having the black hitting the post to allow Ecuador to take the lead. France living up to their recent reputation and disappointingly out at the group stages once again

Algeria 4 v 2 Belguim

After a disastrous start for Algeria when belguim fluked an opener. Algeria managed to get back in front, with bad luck for Belguim as they cleared up but left the 9 in a difficult position missing a tight shot.
In 8buk Bleguim showed there class but unfortunatly left Algeria on for the win.
A draw would of been fairer but it finishes 4-2 to Algeria.

bosnia 1 vs 5 Nigeria

Nigeria played absolutely amazingly, but bosnia who weren't too bad them selves feel underwhelmed by the scoreline. Should have been closer, but luck wasn't with them today

Uruguay (2) - (4) Italy

UNBELIAVABLE GAME!

Italy played tactical like expected, and it was hard to attack them . Uruguay could have got the draw if it wasnt so unlucky. 90th minute: Suarez hits the post that strong that the ball turns back in his own goal and OWN GOAL!!!!
