Being ex staff, you know full well that people don't get muted for no reason. Everyone that has been muted has been muted for a valid reason. What they tell you might be their version of the story, which they believe to be true so they are not lying to you. But everything that we go off of is hard evidence. We never deal with screenshots and anything else off-site.
If you do not break the rules, you will not be muted.

Lads I need to say something, I've read back through pros threads whilst I've been away and quite frankly I'm absolutely disgusted with how some of you have been unfairly treated by the powers that be, Fran called an idiot an idiot and got muted, since when was telling the truth a crime?

Then you'll probably understand the majority of mutes recently. They all generally fall under this rule of the Forum Rules:
Please do not use language that is threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Banter here and there is fine, but recently it has been getting on the verge of bullying, which we do not accept on this site.
Each person may have a specific view on where they draw the line between bullying and banter, but still post very close to this line even when they know full well.
If you're in doubt on whether you are going to hurt someones feelings or not/be seen as a bully, don't post it.

us8 2-2 (each messed up a frame so fair score)
us9 2-2 (again very even)
uk8 0-5 he played very well and cleared every visit except a dry break, however should have been 2-4 as I was on a runout, made the perfect split so had 4 easy balls to pot, but the black just made it to the bag off the split for a 3 frame switch.
