Arsenal had a 75 mill offer that got renegotiated but 73 was accepted. Don't have a clue what to do in the market now haha. Anybody going cheap?

Joey and one other club made a bid of 75 million for Gotze in The Funky League. I negotiated with Joey to give me Muller and 45 million. His chairman wouldn't let him, so we agreed that I'd buy Muller, and the next day Joey would buy Gotze. I'm pretty happy with that bit of business!

Fair enough then, 47 +Muller for Gotze is a lot though still. Considering muller is the rating above and they both have the same positions.

Funny that you both end up bidding for Hummels after. The money yu both offer won't really replace him. Unless I'm happy that I can replace him I won't be accepting any offers same reason I rejected the offer on Suarez. I was happy with the amount if I could replace him. Though seeing Gotze go for that much I probably should hold out for higher. Hes gotta be getting a 95, PFA player of the year and better than Van Persie last year who got a jump up to 95.

I agree Joey made a big error there. I don't understand how I got 2 bids of 75 million either! I've bid 45 million for Hummels, and 45 million for Vidal. If neither come good, i'm gonna look for an out and out defender instead.

After the smfa rejected my shrewd bit of business and rejected both my latest transfers, I feel I have little option but to quit The Funky League. The likes of Gotze, Silva and Bale should make Man City an attractive prospect to manage if you want to take over crazzymadman.

If not, it's open season on the players in one week! :)

It was a perfectly legitimate piece of business. I turned down a 75 million deal from one bidder, and negotiated a 40 odd million and Muller with Joey. I'd had offer after offer for Gotze that I'd turned down the previous week. Now it's reversed both deals. As far as I'm concerned, it's tantamount to being called a cheat - this coupled with the fact that I don't like Man City, means I have no wish to carry on. The rest of my 6 teams I'll probably quit at the end of the season, and then just stick with IAG and Trophy manager! lol

Football management games are about good decision making. I made what I believe to be a good decision, and some jealous little man reports me - and the game reverses the shrewd transfers. It's ludicrous, and I'd never have started playing in the first place if i knew it could happen!
