At the moment it's 3 divisions 9-9-10 but when the newbies qualify we will be definitely looking at 4 divisions so as everything changes through the week will keep everyone informed. If you want to be in with the big guns got to get the ranks up

When do you plan on starting?

Will take the ranks from next saturday at midnight to decide the leagues then games and website will get released on Sunday.
Will post a finalised version of the scoring and bonuses during the week too, just thought might add a bit of competition before we get going by posting the way the leagues would look if we started today.

Another idea i'm floating around is a cup to run at the same time as the league with everyone from all divisions. Was thinking 1 frame 10 seconds because that could be a real lottery.

Well more to do with me feeling bad about turning people down than actual faith but ok same rules apply as everyone else if you lose that newbie tag by next saturday you can join and prove me wrong.
Resetting is also a no-no during the season so you have to be able to handle that too.

Finalised Scoring

Games are 4 frames of straight
Games are ranked
2 points per frame
2 bonus points for a win
1 point each for a draw
1 bonus point for a 30+run
Highest run of the fortnight in each league gets a bonus of 2% of that run
(example 100 run = 2pts) rounded to the nearest whole number
(example 125 run = 2.5 rounded to the nearest = 3 points)
2nd highest run of the fortnight in each league gets a bonus of 1% of that run
Highest run of the season in each league gets a bonus of 10% of that run
2nd highest run of the season in each league gets a bonus of 5% of that run
Highest run of the match gets a 1pt bonus (relying on the honesty of players and for you to keep track of your highest in the game for runs under 30)

You're 8th on rank at the moment if you're still there or higher by Saturday then you're guaranteed in the top flight with the rest of the maniac players that don't bleedin ever miss!

I am proper buzzing for this, i should playing the likes of tinie etc though, bit disheartening making 1 shot and then they win

A lot of times though you do get chances against them, usually at least one a frame just so unexpected when you do...I'm usually off making a brew or something when theyre at the table lol

haha, same. I watched tinie for 3 frames, he made 1 mistake in 3 frames. i was that shocked by it, i made a contribution of 2 i think it was.

Ah well, just gotta keep trying and hopefully make my way up the ranks!
