Best of 15 - 1st to 8 wins
Best of 10 - 1st to 6 wins

Do we have to carry on when the targets are met? Reason I ask is I can see a lot of partial matches with losers either having to go or leave in a strop. The main problem will be having to re-arrange to finish off the frames for no eventual outcome apart from 0 points.

I would recommend the matches conclude when the targets are met.

Please note - The straight frames in the Grand Slam Cup have been increased from 2 too 4. This is to replicate the increases in the other types.

This is only for the Cup and does not apply to the league!

Once a result has been achieved in an individual game no further frames have to be played if players don't wish to continue. I.e., if you go 8 - 0 up in an FCL game in the Cup you can stop there

Just incase Ash missed Jack's post on the Discussion thread (and now that i'm understanding the confusion and not part of it).

In the Cup you do not have to play every frame if the result has been decided (e.g. someone has reached 8 frame wins in the FCL style match). You can finish them if you want to, but there is no penalty for not doing so.

However, every match in a cup fixture should be played even when one clan has won as the points get added to a group table. So winning all 8 matches means 16 points in the table. Winning 5 matches means 10 points in the table, so to not play the rest of the matches means clans are potentially missing out on points.
