Well every other team just got a post from League Runners of FBL and we are the only ones not too? What's that all about?

Don't the players here deserve the same respect?

We deserve the same amount of respect as all the other teams have, to blatantly ignore us is not acceptable. There are no rules as they change from week to week, the other 2 Leagues are run more professionally and the amount of matches expected to be played recently is ludicrous.

I would like some feedback preferably via offline message, thank you.

TEAM: ANNOUNCEMENT

After the treatment this team has endured this evening (the final straw) I have decided to make a stand and pull us out of the FBL League. The rules are constantly changed so technically there aren't any. I feel we will benefit more as a team only playing in the 2 Leagues, plus we can have our own Killer set up etc. We are a new team and I like to use the analogy 'don't want to jump in the deep end (I can't swim)', so very poignant.

We can focus 100% on the FCL & SL Leagues which are run according to that which has been put in place. Us leaving will reduce the stupid amount of fixtures any given player is expected to play. I counted 1 player has 7 matches to play let alone arrange them. Plus the length of the Season with the continued velocity of matches will be enough to drive any one mad.

Players are welcome to join other teams for the FBL, good luck and I hope you support me with this decision. Although previous seasons have been fun and good it's changed for the worse and unfortunately I hope we haven't created a snowball effect.

I have notified our 1st Fixture Set opponents this decision. I'm pretty much running this team single handedly and my own temperament on game and off has not been conducive and pleasant so I feel making this decision will benefit us all and other teams/Captains.

I like lots of games mate and I did like fbl but 4 man 1 frame killer is crap and 4 frames of straight is too much, should only play teams twice in a 2 division setup...should take it back to basics, it has got too confused.

So you support this decision, i used to like it myself, 4th last season in the golden cue, so last thing wanted to do, but on the whole changes and all, feel we will benefit from not being in it.

Dunno mate would still like us to play in it but can see your point about too many changes

Its just me running everything, loads of matches is great keeps all on their toes but im never able to play myself, run a team, arrange killer, deal with other pms. As you know I like to support my team players watch them in finals, even that's hard to do. At least with SL and FCL deadlines are sooner, easier to manage than 2 silly games of killer, which are the biggest pain in the you know what lol.

Ash i think you're losing the plot mate....if you can't cope with being a captain then appoint somebody else to be a co-captain or another VC...because i can't actually remember seeing cue_ball ever post on here....

Pulling out of the FBL is a bit of a joke in my opinion and makes you look like a petulant kid throwing his toys out of the pram. Especially as it's all because Jema (more than likely forgot/accidentally) didn't post on the thread. You like to use the phrase, "Get off your high horse and back onto your toy one".....well take heed my friend. If you can't handle the amount of matches, you shouldn't have entered two teams into the SL.

The fbl rules don't change during the season so there are rules in place, some just got fine tuned just before we began.

I ain't bothered either way if you pull out but could have at least done it a few days ago so not to mess up my entire schedule. Good job -_-

Mav, you are entitled to your opinion, i respect that, whereas it looks like it's over one thing i categorically say it's not. Teams out we all can move on end of the non existent issue.

Also entering two sides were done way before the FBL even got in to gear. They so far appear to be running very well, I don't see rule changes day in day out.

FBL in the past has been great however, as stated before I'm sure we wont be the only team to make a move, power mad, abuse via offline messages no one sees these so before you go saying it's a 'wee little strop', suggest you get your facts right. (Any further messages will be sent to relevant people.)

I wont waste my time replying to any further issues on this, we have made our bed, now we will lay on it! As for wasting peoples time, just about as much as 4 frames of straight per match, 2 x 2vs2 killer, poor souls esp teams with only a few Straight Pool Players.
