Can I just ask why is the transfer window open now, the FBL have released their fixtures and the new SL ones have just come out. How is anyone meant to really move when they are 'caught up/involved ' with their current teams?

Seems a very silly idea. Surely all fixtures should be on hold for the same week?

do you not remember the discussion between league runners and clan members about when the fcl should have the transfer window ? and this was the best time everyone agreed... so we are not going to change it when its already been agreed and everyone knew when it was going to be.

Okay it''s fine it just will screw up and jeopardise more teams should some players decide to leave increasing the likelihood for defaults.

But yeah there were that discussion, emphasis on the were, I'm more concerned about the present tense. Just don't think it assists anyone, in fact the exact opposite.

The bigger teams are fine and this will suit them down to the ground I feel as none of their players will leave their respected teams.

As I said the discussion was had pre season so it is not something that was ever going to change. Teams should sign players that are more reliable if they are leaving its for a reason. Look at your captaining skills before you slate how the leagues are doing something wrong.

One I've not said I'm losing any players, it were the premise and principle which to me does seem a little absurd, two I'm not slating anyone or anything, I think it's great that the new league runners have stepped up and I commend you all for it.

I just think having the transfer window whilst fixtures are still being allocated doesn't help but hinder teams and their players. I've signed a player tonight from another team I feel a little uncomfortable knowing they had a fixture outstanding to play. I know some will say so why didn't you wait till they had finished (in hindsight maybe i should) but my answer is I wanted to get all the transfer (s) activity done and dusted asap etc.

That's a fair point, but as Matty has mentioned this was all discussed pre-season and agreed then.

The FBL is currently stand alone (due to the circumstances) from the SL & FCL, but I'm sure we can all come together and discuss the situation in the off-season if needs be.

Can someone please explain that poaching is not done during the transfer window, all players are free to come and go as they please. If i wanted to sign free agents or newbies like i already have then that's possible all through the season.

I'm doing nothing wrong, its in no way, shape or form 'poaching'.

Poaching is against the LAW.. u need a licence to hunt smaller prey..

Please poach carefully as you will endanger the young and the old.

I've had a broken laptop for the previous week so updating of golden cue + default decisions have been delayed (apologies).

All should be sorted by middle of next week

Golden Cue now updated to end of fixture 3. At the moment, 45 frames qualifies you for the able (50%), whilst default and impartial games do not count.

Hi guys,
I never want clans folding mid-season- I know how much work it is as a runner on snooker, but Underdogs have had no subs and inactive players for two consecutive sets now. It's impossible to get all the games done, which makes it unfair on those who have to play them now. Can you look into it please?
This goes for FCL and FBL.
