As was decided at the start of the season, all bans have been revoked. Which also means we will not be taking retrospective action.

All members are on a first & final warning for cheating. All members are expected to abide by site rules at all times.

I can't think of any issues that may arise in the league that aren't covered by the current league or site rules - Let us know if there is.

If people are found out to be cheating, then they will be punished rightly by the site staff and we will make a decision based on their offence.

You are speculating about different matters. The previous runners were 'run out of town' because of alleged cheating with the league set-up. You are talking about players 'cheating' within the league. The previous runners aren't banned from playing within the league - Just like the alleged 'cheaters'.

I will stand by my original stance of "cheating is cheating" regardless of position or stature

'Cheating is cheating' - But the context is very important.

Like we have said - We won't be taking retrospective action. Every member is expected to abide by the league rules & site rules (the cheating you are talking about is covered in the site rules).

but the runners positions were made untenable, and received ill treatment. If you come out and admit your wrongdoings does this make you any less of a cheat and deserve to be treated any differently?.
I spoke to one of the people concerned as they stated that they could understand fully where i was coming from. I respect them for that as the culprit was the only one to state it lol. Sad state of affairs really

You are all talking about alleged events that happened in previous seasons, the current league runners have just taken over and are starting with a clean slate and as far as I'm concerned thats a good thing, I'm sure any incidents that happen during their time as runners will be dealt with accordingly, lets move on and start enjoying the clan leagues and have fun.
