I thought substition was permitted if the game doesn't work properly for a player?
I am certain a lot of you use dirty tactics, but me, I'm genuine here.

Substitutions are really there to be made when two players can't catch each other (different time zones - and usually a swap is best) or because one player has been offline/isn't replying to make arrangements. Not because one of the players has had a game beforehand and decides to rage quit the fixture and feel sorry for himself...
