Just dont want to be tied to too many leagues morning is alright - on way to work oh the joys - how are you?

A bit tired, mainly in pain with this pulled muscle or torn muscle in right side upper back/but shoots though to my right side chest and a bit armpit area above ribs..

No idea why it started up in pain, but has happened to left side also b4..so weird. So i am in pain. Other than that im good i guess lol..midnight here now exactly,, so i should go to sleep soon..
