Jesus! Good luck keeping your own 16 players happy Ash! 10 games per fortnight isn't a lot to go around! Maybe 3 teams isn't such a bad idea if you have those kind of numbers?

I'm worried about keeping the 15 players I have happy and giving them enough games!

Please i would like to know..cause if it's the crap i think it is..

Not all our players want to participate nor have the time to play in ALL competitions, so in order to combat this and possible unreliablity, I have drafted in a few other players (whose team are not entering the SL) as cover. They are all great players and they will be treated exactly the same as any other player here. I will submit all players who are able to play in all 3 competitions into the competitions retrospectively.

I did speak with Chris yesterday and this has been okayed by him.

Okayed by him, and by me..it is the players chocie to join whatever team they want for any league they choose..and the captains. So be it :D welcome all who joined for SL!!

If the team as a whole are not happy about other players coming in to play for the clan in the Super League then i can see why they are not happy, but with three leagues there is a hell of a lot of games. I for one don't mind covering your actual players and only playing if you really need me to... but if some feel that strongly (which they have a right to) then i don't mind possibly playing Super League for someone else

Jay, personally..i think it is fine! 1 player so far has spoken out, not a big deal..

Think majority would find it to be fine

Our super League team shall be a feared team...in the other leagues we will be top, but uprising Pro's and UT will be a threat

If people prove to be unreliable then they should be replaced. What happens when you replace the unreliable? People aren't going to get to play in all the leagues because of other team's players.

This isn't being debated..it happend. If it is to be voted on, then ash will say that..but for now, i am happy to have a few players join us for SL

Jay & Davey it's fine mate, I'm very happy to have you help us here, we do have a very strong team and keeping all players happy is the main objective, however, getting wins is the best way to achieve that. Not all our players will appreciate the high fixture load, so I have tried to prepare for that eventuality.

You are ALL welcome to represent this new team in the SL and help put Phoenix Storm on the map.

It is being debated because i'm debating it, whether anything changes or not i'm still voicing an opinion.
10 players to get super league fixtures done leaves 6 of our own players missing out each set, add 3 players from other teams that is 9 missing out, dont agree with it.

SL Format:

5 games of 12 frames 8us/9us/8uk (bonuses for gb's, runouts etc)

2 x 2 killer

The killer matches can be other players? not those who have played in the 5 games, so playing a maximum of 9 players per side is allowed?

Or am i wrong.

Key Points

Each clan match is 5 individual games of 12 racks (4 of each) plus 2 Killer games (aimed at 2 v 2).

Players can play in both an individual game and a Killer game each fixture but cant play in both Killer games. Therefore a minimum of 5 players is all that is needed to complete a fixture - or a maximum of 9.

So I could play 9 players in 1 match, meaning no one misses out.

people will want to play killer as well as games.

ALL PLAYERS on the team will have a game if not 1 set, then the next you will play, and tappy, you are a starter..i dunno why u worried.

Yeah they might, but also they may not and it's a team effort. Hopefully they will appreciate there's no 'I' in team and respect whatever decision (s) I make for the good of Phoenix Storm.

Those 3 players are apart of OUR team now..unless they leave. As of now though, they are our teamates tappy :P its same if it was 3 players here b4...same difference
