I will be implementing a 5 day offline method, if a player is offline for 5 days plus with no contact on this thread or myself then I will have to act appropriately? I feel we have a very strong team here and hopefully will surprise a lot of teams and players, I will try and run/keep us functioning as a team and keep us fluid.

5 days is too short an amount of time tbh mate, people work and have lives...as long as everyone plays their games what's the problem?

No problem, it wouldn't take 2 mins just to post a little message don't you think? Just communication mate. Games get played fantastic, we all win.

If people have their games arranged then they shouldn't have to come on to post mate. Just have faith in the players you have signed and if they miss games or prove unreliable then boot and replace...plenty of reliable cover
