Assuming mich takes the last frame versus paul, scott7a gets at least 2 frames against you guys and there are no defaults for either clan...

There would be 55 points between Uprising and UT (though both have one 15 frame match left in this set, so that gap can change to be a 40-70 point gap depending on those two games). Including a win bonus, and if the last 2 games don't change that difference then a 78-42 win for Uprising would give them 2nd place (As long as Snooker Squad don't get enough to pass us).

That's an unlikely scoreline to get against such a quality side, but not impossible for us to get 2nd and potentially could be less needed. Though to be honest, a 61-59 win would be a great result for us. I don't think we expect to get 2nd and we've got a big fight on for 3rd.

To be fair mate, 2nd or 3rd is the same to me. Uprising have never won anything before, and our focus has to be the cup!

Yeah to be fair Stu i think UT where thinking the same. With some of our players who are good inactive we were relying on our actives ones to get the games done and i think sometimes the more you play the lesser scores you can achieve. We have made a good title challenge though but lacked some frames with Pros.

Showing sustained ability in the league though, can keep up with the big boys. I think 2nd would be an incredible result considering we've never really been in the title race. That's runners up, which isn't anything to write off.

I agree our focus is the cup though, one game to go and we're not completely out of it is a great sign. If we go through it will be an incredible result to beat both Pro's and UT in back to back rounds.

Uprising - 279 points (45 points remaining)
Fighting Eagles - 247 points (53 points remaining)
Elite Force - 244 points (46 points remaining)

Not included win bonuses because no-one has won a fixture yet. I think positions are pretty set apart from the bottom two who have things wide open.

Was watching the score during my match, and was in a sweat as well. Saw you were 4-3 up and looked like you would get the required result, and the next time I checked you were 7-4 down and then 8-4. I think it was 5 frames on the bounce he won, but excellent stuff to compose yourself to get the required result against the momentum!
