Both had disappointment early on, i'd say he was the better player (he managed a runout and I missed my chances) but the unluckier. I was bad at times but got lucky and brought some good play in and it stayed tight. If i'd have got the win I think it would've been harsh for him considering the luck, but I did blow chances afterwards so I'd say it evened up. 3-2 in all types and a few frames went the wrong way but I can't argue with the score overall.

Great job snooker squad, apologies to my clan. Didn't have the intensity I'd have hoped for as I do love getting the deciding games and usually get good enough results in them when it's close like this. Felt like the pressure got to me as I was expecting to miss when I normally look to close off. ah well! couldn't take it from them though
