But I do care about not letting the team down or my mates down, and I think I've proved that by having no defaults in ANY games ive played for pros in the past 3 seasons I've been with them

First one I guess will be what time zone we're using as a group. Being in the States there can be 6-7 hour time differences between us and Europe etc.
