Could someone please help me by telling me how I can put a profile pic of me on my profile.

When i click Image it says to type a URL but i dont see a URL in the picture folder?

Not good with this stuff lol any suggestions would be helpful.

I copied the URL which is on the facebook into my image > profile and in the profile descript it just has a RED X saying posted image without the image.

If it's on your computer you could upload it to a site like photo bucket, then get the IMG code directly from that site and copy and paste it into here.

Facebook should work though as well, find the picture you want and right click on it and select "view image" (or whatever the alternative is on the browser you use).

That should open the picture in its own tab with nothing else on the page, copy and paste the URL at that point into the Image button on here

or you could just paste the URL onto your profile and manually type (IMG) in front and (/IMG) after using square brackets instead of the normal ones.
