i have played a lot of pool on this and only a hand full would say gg,wp,gl wow ppl manners r free so try and use them plzs xxxx

Maybe some people just don't want to talk while playing a game. Never something that has really concerned me to be honest though.

Manners may be "free" but this day and age noone ever uses them. I was out the other day and some random woman walked straight into me going by the bus stop, she carried on walking with no sorry or anything like that well i had to get the feeling back in my arm as she was rather large

There are to many sore losers on here that take the game far to seriously. It will always be the same so It's not worth worrying about.

Sometimes it comes down to respect whether people say gg, gl etc, alot of members take this game serious and thats up to the individual, calling them names doesn't gain you respect now does it.

Do you think its ok to call people losers just because they take this game serious ?, I find it offensive therefore edited.

There's a lot of top players that take the game serious but are very gracious in defeat so no, but i think it's perfectly fine to call people losers who can't take losing and that's mainly the people that are unsportsmanlike. I didn't break any forum rules and didn't name and shame anyone either so I can't see what the problem is.

Being top player doesn't mean you take it seriously

Saying someone is "the loser" is different...as it means they literally lost. This is fine I reckon.

Calling someone "a loser" implies theres no hope for them, they own far too many cats and the only date they've ever been on was with a family member. This isn't so nice.

Thats what I reckon anyway.

In addition, what does it matter if you cant see why its offensive? If someone else does I see no problem with it being modified. Its hardly the end of the world that you've had a post editted. I'm sure you'll have forgotten all about it by next week

OH....In response to the thread's original question: I sometimes dont type anything cuz i'm lying down in bed and I cant see the keyboard without sitting up. This is incredible laziness and I apologise. But I do enjoy being a slob on occassion so tough
