Hello ive lost my volume button, (the speaker pic), and my battery(the pic of the battery) off the top bar, can anyone help please

You could do a system restore and put it back ..

i have a little triangle pointing upwards next to my icons i can restore them from that.

System restore is a bit drastic for a little thing like this. System restore is for huge file losses etc...
When I get home I'll reply to this if you haven't done so already, on Windows XP at the moment and can't remember fully how to do it.

Been too long to edit my post, damn.
On windows 7, next to your clock on the bottom right there should be a little triangle. Click that, then it should say 'Customize...'. Click on that then look for this one:
Change the dropdown menu to the same as mine, you should now have it back.

I haven't got that triangle pal, starnge things keep happening to my computer, ive had to restart it 3 times today, on the third time the speaker and battery came back,it keeps saying programs aren't responding,and I have to close them through task manager, don't know whats up with it, thanks for helping anyway mate

Hey thats pretty weird cos mines been doing the same.. plus sometimes when i turn lappy on my volume and connection is not there either.. And over the last week the amount of programs ive had to close with task manager is crazy..
