I hurt my wrist yesterday it is still killing me to.

Have to do self and defense on the doorman course this time around and we all took it in turns to take an arm bar and other things to see how effective it can be and to learn them. Lad put me in one (cant remember the name of it) but it involves the wrist being put forward and then the arm being yanked back so the person your throwing out is basically eating the floor. Well it all went well expect he done it fast and my wrist/hand actually touched my fore arm, its not meant to go that far It keeps cracking and stuff now, hurts when you try to like grip onto things to, thank god its my left hand though as i had to do an exam

I can actually do that with both hands I can write with my other hand to but it would make no sense

One reason people hate playing me at pool or snooker, i am a natural left hand player but i play just as good with the right
