we got 20 now..... think we should aim for 24, and have 4 leagues of 6! This makes a quicker turn around of leagues in terms of duration (easier to filter out the inactive players, straight 2 up 2 down.)

Also 24 is a nice number for cup knock out, have division 1 all with byes in the first round + the 2 relegated from division 1 also...

so, 1st round 8 byes, and 8 games
then last 16, quarters, semi's and final!

Congratulations to mich, the winner of division 1. Congratulations also to greenie1983, _redherring_ who won their respective divisions. To see how the divisions finished please see www.funkypoolukleagues.weebly.com, there was a late ninja promotion push from faust. Next season i'm aiming for 4 divisions of 6, with a knockout tourney to run at the same time. Need 2 more entries. Thanks to all that made an effort to play your games, there was only 7 unplayed games across all divisions :).

Okay the Preliminary Round of the knockout tourney has been made and the fixtures are as follows:

The Preliminary Round is best of 7, first to 4, no bonus points for run outs etc. The deadline for the preliminary round is MIDNIGHT on SUNDAY 19th MAY. If you don't see you name on the list then you have a BYE :) good luck all.
