Can I make it clear to Elite Force that wins are not just handed to you, so please don't make assumptions and get your players hopes up.
Having said that, I have spoken to 2pac_rulez and looked at the situation and have agreed that he will claim the final frame where welshie left. welshie has waived his right to claim the first game where 2pac left the game so the score is now 2pac_rulez (6) - (0) welshie
