Vincent Kompany will be bolstering the Ajax ranks. Once these lot go through completely I can make my move on the last 4-5 players on my radar

I've gone down the potential to rise route, and I'm very pleased with how it's gone so far

Dex's team is the one to watch though, and he's gone for a small squad by the looks of things. Big on talent and a couple of future stars, aggressive tackling may dent his chances but he's gone for the win right off the bat

I happen to think Lille and Shakhtar look very strong too, ones to watch.

They are very good squads yes, but I probably wasn't clear enough. Dex is the manager to watch as he's always at the top, and usually challenging for the title. Therefore Dex's team is one to lookout for, and looking at his team he is going for the title in the first season rather than going for a stronger team in the long term

I wouldn't write anyone off, i think it's made for a very close league I feel. I've probably got the worst team with the amount of unknowns but they will surprise (...i hope lol). Stu's team looks awesome, reus, hazard (who i dropped my bid for at last minute), busquets, walcott, j.garcia, higuain, howedes, de gea. 3 quality young players I would have tried sign but were too late: angel correa, diego reyes and santos fred.

I fear I've made a fatal error trying to get a player on the cheap. removed my bid to put a cheaper one in when someone else pulled out and now instead of the higher one already being accepted, sniper has bid. I can't see how he has the money to overpay but i'm guessing he will to make sure he gets him

Happy with my team..small i know..but iv a couple of young talents coming in that will rise and should of rose by now...so glad to get them cheap i must say.

Ironically if you'd have kept your bid in I would've kept mine in and they would've been accepted long before then. I have a contingency plan (happens to be one of snipers targets, so maybe a little spite came in to play ) . Not my first choice out of the pair but if I fail to get Sturridge, then he's an acceptable option.

I thought that Ash, but you need possibly 18 minimum to be able to play a game (first XI and subs). Under 21 and the chairman will intervene I'm lead to believe. I tried to do tactics and offer a friendly yesterday but only had 15 and it would just bring up a blank screen on tactics and say I needed more players.

Yeah 11 starting players..8 subs..thats 19 players to start a match.
