I think somewhere between 200-250 budget is good, mends teams have flexibility in choosing quality without anyone becoming a big teM and being able to afford top quality. Anymore and you risk that

I was thinking il look at every team possible of the 16-20 and try choose teams with a similar average..so maybe an 88 possible starting point...(im guessing here)

Instead of Barca 95 best team..v ie napoli 89 -90average.

Here is the options and blank squads are possible so its just a case of getting the stadiums around the same for revenue as i said in a previous post and the starting funds. I would suggest 50,000 be the stadium criteria.

Looking at the teams in the spoiler section, they seem to be fine and i wouldn't have any issues with any one of them neither. Great to see can have empty rosters, wicked.

Just need a randomiser, there was one I saw a while ago which had a chat box and a chatbot which you could ise to pick things at random from a list. The link could be posted and then people could observe the draw.

Don't know if anyone has heard of it or know what it is that could be used, or have an alternative Fran could use?

Not much, just a bit here and there....i used the games actual figures
