Queen Of The South beat Celtic in the Charity Shield final to retain that cup . Final score was 2 - 1 and Falcao scored them both with Iniesta grabbing Celtics only goal in the 77th minute. I injured his Messi though but my new signing Hulk is now out for two weeks due to minor injury
Now just to play them in the Super Cup final tomorrow

Leicester 1-3 Arsenal. Effectively Tottenham have won the snooker league now.
Braintree 3-2 Plymouth. Despite a fight back from them in the second half held onto the lead i'd built and look pretty untouchable, unbeaten in 27 games.
Liverpool 2-1 Internazionale. Beat 2nd place and happy with the result, Suarez got another goal so just behind the top runners for golden boot

The two games to watch tonight in the title race. Hull and QPR are both in form and play each other which should be a good match
In the next funkypool people league another interesting title race clash.

Tonight also see's the scottish league kick off again, first game of that season and a lot of teams with things to prove and optimism should be high for all! As a side note the old firm are battling out a transfer for Vidic, whoever win's his signature draws first blood between the two, come on Rangers!
