US tables wasn't with me or him at all didnt pot a single long shot and both played bad, didnt capitalise on him missing a few blacks/9s and in the end paid the price either of us could've won 4-0 on either US table. great bloke as usual and a very well mannered man - rare i give compliments but this guy deserves it

3-1 in all, sorry guys. I should've had a lot more, practically every frame was me clearing and then something silly happening like a ball hanging over the pocket on a runout. Left him with a lot of simple clears, he took some by tapping up, but most he did well to not make the silly mistakes I was. Didn't really get much luck either, but you can usually make you own luck and I just wasn't. He definitely deserved the win but it could so easily have been the other way round from the run of the balls, uk especially was begging to be finished in one visit but I was just awful.

Thanks for the nice words Ego, and a fair assessment of the game to be honest. I've seen this guy be absolutely imperious on the US tables in the past and I'm sure he'd say the same about me, but just wasn't to be today. Till the next time mate, take care :)

Sorry I even tried playing that! I didnt have a chance every time that he hit the white something went in, even if nothing was on lol. But at same time he had some great shots too.
