Hi Stu/Jay/Eri - I am away from tomorrow for a week or so, back on 16th, so may be able to sneak the slatty game in, though if you prefer to sub me out then no worries.
I go away agin on the 20th, for nearly 2 weeks, so probably best not to put me in any games, though I will be on occasionally if I can get a tinternet connection

Ive got a good idea, ill sub into games no one wants to play (tcl) even though the system works the same for both teams, while people pick ther own games in fcl, to try and maintain good records, tcl hardly suits my boring play, but who cares about records, id rather not embarass myself, sub out here, sub in here, lost 1 , not playing him again, im not playing him either, making a right show of us

not just that pal, all that pandamoneum with snooker squad earlier in week, i think weve lost 4 players this week in different leauges, i will play ritcho ive no probs with that, ifpeople are playing for a team , it is exactly that, im not a big fan of tcl, but would these people be moaning if they played, no offence, 2 underdog players consecutively, o if they were hammering people in tcl, i think not mate, a team is a TEAM, win as a team and accept loss as a team, regardless of opponent or discipline, we had none of these shenanigans last season

I think you will find Joe, no body has "picked there opponents" in any league at all, just prefer it to be exciting and not predictable instead of playing the same people over and over again.

It's got nothing at all to do with winning or losing, so i think you should get facts right before mouthing off about something you know nothing about.

Like you said, we are a TEAM, so why slate peoples decisions just because you don't agree with them. You should be behind any player on this team and all of their decisions.

I actually have more wins in the TCL than losses and have played more games in the TCL than any other league put together. I said from the start to Stu that i was only going to play TCL as at the time we had more than three inactive players so would struggle if we needed any subs.

Thanks to some recruiting from myself and erigert while Stu was on holiday we brought in more active players who will and can play games, i had said for a while i would stop playing it to give more people games who actually want to play it and i have always stated that i do not mind playing it coming up for deadline day and we need a sub to get a game played - more than happy to do that, i just don't want to be in the first team to play anyone. Im sure if any of the others who said they don't want to play in it would do the same thing for the sake of the team and to get no defaults!

I don't like the league as it frustrates me (ask my wife and she will tell you call all i do is swear and shout) That is my personal opinion and you may be entitled to an opinion but why should i play something that does my head in. I did the same thing a few seasons ago in the FCL.

As for you being subbed in mate i can reverse it if you want, you never mentioned any of that when we were chatting in PM though. You were the first eligible person i put my eyes on so i made the sub.
