With the amount of people banned on this site for losing there rag this would be a fantastic idea ... I nearly blew my gun at tratter and craig from sinners yesterday but i bit my tongue but ive been banned before and its really hard to sit there and not say a word ...im the type of guy that flips at almost anything even when im out and about. so to bite my tongue on this when you get people winding you up its pretty much impossible

This sounds ridiculous to me lol. I have lost my temper a few times or been on the drink, but a self imposing post ban wouldn't work. You could just go on the site to kick off. There is a deactivate feature in which you can reactivate for up to 7 days. That has helped me a lot since it was introduced, but the best solution is just to log off as when your mad your not going to want to ban yourself from posting lol.
