Yes, I am in work and it was my first proper run for a while, did sprints instead of going for a jog.

Trying to get fitter and healthier, so going to cut out the drink, until the 3rd of october and then have one night out, then not drink for the rest of october.

My diet now consists of rice and tuna, or rice and cooked pork or rice and chicken

Ooh, and about 3L of water a day also

Well done on your health kick, keep it up.

I was a bit of a health freak apart from the booze although am not half as bad as i used to be.
I still jog and do sit ups every day tho, even if ive had a 'fat' day lol

I gather you like rice?

Im in work for two so i'm gunna go now and get me shower etc ok?
