I find River Island don't really do mans clothes.... Majority of it seems to be for Joey Essex wannabes, although I do own a onesie and a nice pair of brogues from RI....

I generally shop online...can't stand going into town unless it's a night on the tiles

Honestly...I tried on a pair of skinny jeans (or at least tried to try on a pair) and the biggest size they had (I'm a 28/30' waist) and I couldn't even get the top of the leg over my calf muscle!

Rewind, you were willingly trying to put on a pair of skinny jeans...

That's reasonable, torque steer will make beef up your biceps if you aint used to a fast car

Maybe a slightly older 182 would be better, they stick to the road like glue, cheaper than the 197, and drive nicer, due to being lighter!

If you are looking at cars of that age and spec, what about a corsa vxr? it has a 1.6T engine, so if you want, you should still be able to get a good 35-45mpg, and it is a great a-b road car.

Ask any questions you want, i love chatting about hot hatches, used to do my own columns lol

Chappy....I'm used to throwing bikes around the weigh about 350-400lbs at speeds of up to 155mph whilst being battered by the winds...think I can handle a car with power steering and bucket seats

Yeah but the 172s and 182s look awful! Plus they're older, usually done more mileage and have been trashed about by chavs lol.

I like Corsa VXRs but they're alot more expensive than the Clios for a car of a similar quality (mileage, history, spec, etc..) Plus they're alot more common and the Clio is a 2.0T

I actually want to go out and buy a Navara or another Landy....but the missus won't let me (saying they only do 35mpg and there's no point). Little does she know, the Clios only do about the same mpg hahaha
