I just eat less of everything, lost about 8lbs, but more importantly lost 2" from my waist and I am already feeling the benefit of not smoking. Happy days

Yeah I'm gonna go get some supplements. My level is 24 when it should be an absolute minimum of 50 ha. Don't understand how I'm deficient when I walk the dog for around 2-2.5 hours a day though lol
