Managed to give up smoking for 4 days. Come in work today and I've just about made it to dinner time. Got 6 more hours yet this is killing me lol

I've been quit smoking cigs for neally 3 years now, once I got over it I realised that its all in you're head and its just a routeen that is very hard to get out of, anyone can do it but you just have to be really determined and just stop yourself from having one and eventually you will stop thinking about it, took me about 3 months, the hardest is when you're out having a beer and around everyone who is smoking!!

I smoked for about 10 years, didnt use patches or anything, so it just shows anyone can do it if they really try!!!

I started at 12. I've never been bothered about whether I smoked or didn't. Somedays I'd smoke 20 others I'd barely have one. Past month I've had a sore throat so I've been smoking like 1or 2 every couple of days. So I thought I might as well just quit. Soon as I quit my sore throat goes away and I'm dying for one lol
