Don't understand why you would be able to captain on an account you have been on one day but have previously had, but not allowed to on one you have for 2 or 3 months with a seasons experience on it...

Because then someone else will come along and claim he's someone else with loads of experience on a previous account. Sometimes we can tell, sometimes we can't.

And in this particular case, his past experience captaining clans should probably exclude him from captaining one again. In fact, you should think about that before you let him be your captain.

So lemme get this straight. Mich, Kirk, Sam, Matty, and Adam all know me in real life too and knows I'm jimmy on this account. So, I'm allowed to be Jimmy on a different account and captain a clan, than be Jimmy on this account and not captain a clan. It's the same flipping Jimmy that will/wont be captaining the clan. Is it me or is this ridiculously stupid???????

Yes jimmy we all know its you but the rule states the name not the person so in fairness you could have a hundred accounts (which I knw you have had) but only a few would be eligible as you know.

I've always been around, yes in different clans n stuff but this is MY clan everyone knows that. Yes, in your case people know that, because you have lots of friends on here.
But if someone less well known to us comes along and says the same thing, then the runners would have to let allow him to do the same (otherwise they would be biased), which means the rule would be gone.
