It's the festive period and I'm a nice guy

its only against the rules if you post on behalf of a banned user, or asking why a player got banned. nothing in rules to say you can't let a clan know.

Let me explain further.

Pete posts informing you that a member of your clan got banned (alright im my book i would do the same thing), instead of saying " Thanks for letting us know Pete" you mentioned the "Rules".

Lets say i was playing Player A, they got banned before we could start, would you go off on one if i requested a sub and mentioned the users name?

or another example lets say you hosted a Sinners Tournament and your player posted that this player got banned, would you mention the rules to your teammate?

same principle for all those, just you chose to reply negatively to Pete hence the advice.
