Real puzzled how ipotalot's pictures are so high in kilobytes when tbh there is no colour really in them.

What software are you using to create them lee and how big is the original PNG before scaling down mate ?

I use gimp2 mate (freeware) takes a bit to get a grasp on but good stuff and when you export the file into a jpeg format I just take the quality down to whatever percentage gives you less than 25kb. On these 95% works

Must be the new photobucket stuff as it used too once uploaded take a healthy chunk off it (ie a clan pic of 56kb would go down to 18kb) but that ain't happening anymore ...sooo frustrating lol.

That's using Adobe Fireworks CS6.

Its all about getting it under 25kb some pics are ace but way to high in bytes !

If u like save as Gif as i cant get it down more atm but working on it
