mean's they made an account but when they went to sign in they was not aloud because there internet adress is banned .

If you go to player search look up the username tick_tock
Shows that he is a banned user but his location says Never Logged In.
What's that supposed to mean?

It means he made the account and never got the chance to actually log in before being banned. He possibly made the account and probably went to bed or something.

The daylight savings has caused problems with posts as it only effects the area change. Therefore any other area that posts has a hour + - advantage.
Think that is how this happened.

probably as the clocks going back doesn't happen until a week later for Americans i am told, not sure on Canada and ive seen this happen before when time was incorrect on the server year or two ago
