FBL Notice: RE Attitudes towards fattmikee

Right, clanners, I appreciate the frustration you may have with Mikee about the subs not being done but I am started to get irritated with the amount of complaints I am getting so I shall make a statement to everyone...

My general advice would be approaching Mikee in a civil manner and talking to him like an adult. I talk to Mikee regularly and he is cooperative with me as I treat him with respect.

i would like all the bickering to stop please and for the record there is nothing I can do to make Mikee do subs as he is the captain and I have no authority over how he runs his clan.

Having said that, Mikee, I would be most appreciative if you could try and arrange some subs where applicable. I know you have tried to contact some of your players so thank you for that.

I want everyone to know that although it may appear to you that Mikee isn't doing anything, he actually is, as he gives me regular updates on his games.

I hope you can all get on now and I don't want to hear anymore on the subject until I request default information on any unplayed games.

Hello eagles, no rush yet as there is still a week I think, but im supposed to play destroyer16 and hes been offline a week now.

He ignores repeated requests for subs that are required and is then rude which incites arguments. He may tell you that he is sorting it but he is not. He is not capable of running a clan.

I'm not going to lie but if when we play them again I will talk to him how I like, no disrespect to you Jema but you ain't a mod, if what people was saying was that bad surely they would be getting warnings or bans? As they are not I'm guessing the only problem here is mikes incompetence (that could of beenn a much different word with this iPhone) in running this clan

Very naive of you Jema to ignore all the complaints and taking his word for it that he is doing something. The evidence is on the thread: constantly ignored requests for subs, and numerous mistakes such as missing other clan's subs/swaps. If he doesn't want to make a sub he should at least acknowledge the request.
