He shouldn't be a captain, it's as simple as that.

Can you imagine the stick and the biased comments i would receive if i never allowed him to captain. That is something i cant really control though as he has the experience that is in the rules. I based my decision on allowing teams into the league on games getting played and what not else and Eagles did better than some of the new clans in that area.
