to be fair Jay is part Scottish isn't he? if thats case then Jay could be on English or Scottish team, same in my case as im half Scottish too. should be up to Jay who he plays for and he chose Scotland.

also pulling out because your throwing toys out of pram isn't a good sign for future events. wouldn't it be better if you play out the fixture (unless its a league) as the fixture is close

I am full Scottish mate, i thought it was a rule you had to play for your actual country so i stayed on the list and waited to see if Alan needed me. No offence to Sniper but i would never join a clan that you are in or a captain of.

Everyone agreed to the rules before commencing yet now your player has shown unreliability and we stick to the rules you kick off. If you leave the tournament folds because we won't find a full team in time. It's up to you if you want to be pathetic...

Oh yeah, and to make this clear, why bring sumbody in, when i can sub myself in, i am the captain and can play on this team...i would have done this, had dvz mentioned something, but instead it went straight ot your decision. No cause you said you would have subbed yourself in. Zac got 3 points against the best player on the game. You might have struggled to get one.

If you want to be petty and make a league where no games get played because you play unreliable players who put people on ignore then that's fine. Or, you can man up, admit your losses and carry on like a decent human being.

Does anyone else have a problem with the rules? The reason the captain cannot select another player if that one has been booted for unreliability, is because they got it wrong 1st time. The player on the shortlist is willing to play every game no matter who they face. With the deadlines being so short we don't have time to pick through unreliable players day after day. I would rather have a clan full of reliable decent players, rather than The Professionals clan ( see what I did there)
