Nope he didn't keep pm'ing me at all. He pm'd me saying "I've upset you then" of which I closed the window. I talked to our vice captian about the abuse and the potting of my balls to clarify my position of playing him.
I am willing to play him and I will put him on ignore. If he has logged out and doesn't want to play then it's 13-2 to us surely.

If I was captain and someone came to me and said he had abused a fellow player, he would be out of the team.

best thing to happen is when they play is to invite somebody ethier from your clan or ours to make sure there no abuse in the game
