A person from my hometown has been charged with ABH and GBH against mk_lad along with 4 other people.
My hometown is about 100 miles away from where he lived!

Not even mentioned mate at all for anyone charged . That was a girl been charged this time, he passed away due to those injuries and i totally agree with you that man slaughter should be the charges here. I think his family and friends will protest this in all honesty so maybe the charges against these people will change, which they deserve.
