me vs sparkone lost 8 7 either hes improved drastically or ive gone blind in 2 weeks since i beat him 6 0 at 9 ball lost 3 2 3 2 3 2, tbh he played well and i played poor, im going to have to find another way of playing 8 ball lost first two to opponent uncovering my covered pockets when i had dead balls, its not going to change so im going to have to attack at 8 ball, else ill be winding myself up b4 the other games like tonight, im glad it were only a friendly because its not a result id be pleased with in leauge, wp sparkone anyway

ive got do with 8 ball mate,same scenario keeps reocurring that i cover the main bag, they will open it when they have a couple er balls on table and i have dead balls, but i felt like launching laptop when it put me down 2 0 yesterday and ive got to live with it cos its part of the game, but it affects my game cos im sure evryone will agree that when ur cheesed off u end up chasing the game and dont play aswell

I agree, i get more frustrated when chasing the game if i play defensive especially on 8US. I find play offensive does give you a better shot at finishing the game but a simple mistake can always cost you the match. If playing defense i try to cover the black where ever it lays just so i know at some point my opponent has to try a cannon to release the black and we all know cannons are predictable on this game

I play offense on 8US and 8UK (with the exception of 8UK as i will play defense 5/10 times in that game type as it is not my strongest game) I play very aggressive in 9US as it is just 9US and anything can happen so i would rather take the chance to win on one visit rather than snooker my opponent time and time again.

have u ever found when u cover black as a tactic they also pot your open balls, if its in a no win situation forr ur self though

yep its pretty annoying when you think your in a good situation then they continue to pot your balls but when this occurs sometimes the black is in a tricky position so i'll jst try and get a snooker behind that if possible

safetie and battle mad all along. rushed a bit in 9us as had to go towards end of 9us games. ggs wp,ul.. v even as we battled alot.
