will always be people who will try this but the best way is to ignore the user to stop it happening again.
the person in question probably did it to try and save their ranking points (sign of unsportsmanship and a person who takes the game seriously) but best thing to do is make sure you clear and laugh at them (like you did there).
ahahaha at screenshot but admin will remove it eventually, think you should be able to name and shame but you can't (even in the clan league as a runner) but at least until it is removed people can see what they are like and avoid playing that person

Totally agree with the 2nd part, If everyone thought the same tho, then master wouldn't of had any reason to post a screen shot, would he?

I Understand what your saying james , But like you said it shows unsportsmanship and as for taking the game serious i tend to do that but not in the respect that he did.
It didnt put me off at all , it made me laugh that a guy of his ranking would try to put me off ...In the end he lost 0.7 So wasnt as if he lost loads
I Only put the screenshot on there to show his true colours i know everyone knows what hes really like but at least now theres some proof for people who didnt believe he was a sore loser

Naming and shaming on the forums is not allowed. If it were, then anyone and everyone could make all sorts of accusations against people with or without foundation (I don't care if you have a screenshot - they can be edited anyway), and there would be open war on the forums. If you have a grievance against a player's conduct, there is only one proper way to deal with it, and you all know what that is.
